Han Kun represented Rodman & Renshaw and New Bridge in Andatee China Marine Fuel Services Corporation's initial public offering on NASDAQ Global Market under the ticker symbol "AMCF". Rodman & Renshaw, LLC acted as lead managing underwriter, and Newbridge Securities Corporation acted as co-lead managing underwriter for the offering.

Andatee China Marine Fuel Services Corporation is the largest independent operator engaged in the production, storage, distribution, wholesale purchase and sale of blended marine fuel oil for cargo and fishing vessels in Northern China.
