Han Kun represented Funtalk China Holdings Limited in its listing transfer to Nasdaq Global Market from OTCBB and its follow-on public offering

Funtalk China Holdings Limited("Funtalk China") Transferred its Listing to Nasdaq Global Market from OTCBB.

Han Kun represented Funtalk China (Nasdaq: FTLK), a leading nationwide retailer and distributor of wireless communications devices, accessories and content in China, in its transfer of listing to Nasdaq Global Market from OTCBB and its follow-on public offering of 3,100,000 ordinary shares.

Han Kun primarily assisted in preparing the listing documents and reviewing the prospectus. Han Kun also conducted legal due diligence and issued the PRC legal opinions for this listing. The definitive prospectus became effective on October 17, 2009, and received proceeds of approximately US$ 21,700,000.
