China Resources & Investment Vehicle Limited Completed its Series C Equity Financing.

Han Kun represented China Resources & Investment Vehicle Limited in its Series C investment transaction with Sand Aire Limited (a UK company).

Han Kun primarily assisted in the design of financing structures, preparation of various financing documents and participated in the negotiation process. This deal closed on December 10, 2009.Fortunately, Han Kun has been involved in both award-winning companies' listings on NASDAQ. Specifically, Han Kun acted as legal advisor to ZST in connection with its listing on NASDAQ, and acted as legal advisor to the sole bookrunner (i.e. Maxim Group, LLC.) for Golden Green's underwritten public offering.
