ZST Digital Networks, Inc. (NasdaqGM: ZSTN) and Golden Green Enterprises Ltd. (NasdaqGM: CHOP) Received Awards from Zhengzhou Municipal People's Government

2009-12-16

On December 8, 2009, Zhengzhou Municipal People's Government issued a circular to commend two companies, those being, ZST Digital Networks, Inc. ("ZST", NasdaqGM: ZSTN) and Golden Green Enterprises Ltd. ("Golden Green", NasdaqGM: CHOP), which were newly listed on NASDAQ Global Market this October and November.

According to the circular, for the purposes of encouraging more companies to get listed on domestic and/or overseas stock exchanges, the municipal government of Zhengzhou has decided to grant to each of ZST and Golden Green a monetary award of RMB 2,600,000 for their listing on NASDAQ. The two local governments in the district where ZST and Golden Green are registered are expected to receive an extra award of RMB 200,000.

Fortunately, Han Kun has been involved in both award-winning companies' listings on NASDAQ. Specifically, Han Kun acted as legal advisor to ZST in connection with its listing on NASDAQ, and acted as legal advisor to the sole bookrunner (i.e. Maxim Group, LLC.) for Golden Green's underwritten public offering.
