Parkway Holdings Limited (SES: P27.SI) Cooperates with Fosun Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Shanghai: 600196.SS) to Establish Medical Centers in Shanghai.

Han Kun advised Parkway Holdings Limited, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Parkway (Shanghai) Hospital Management Ltd., to cooperate with Shanghai Fosun Ping Yao Investment Management Co., Ltd. ("Fosun") and Shanghai Hui Xing Hospital Investment Management Co., Ltd. ("Hui Xing") to establish medical centers in Shanghai.

Fosun is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fosun Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., which is a leader in hepatic medicine, gynecological medicines and diabetic medicine, and is listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange. Hui Xing is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fosun.

Parkway Holdings Limited is a company listed in Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited which owns and operates hospitals and clinics, and provides healthcare facilities in various countries, including Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, and India through its group of local entities.
