Han Kun represented Beijing Teamsun Technology Co., Ltd. to acquire Automated Systems Holdings Limited

As PRC counsel, Han Kun represented Beijing Teamsun Technology Co., Ltd. (Shanghai Stock Exchange: 600410), one of the dominant integrated IT product and service providers in China in its acquisition of Automated Systems Holdings Limited (Hong Kong Exchanges: 00771). The Agreement for Sale and Purchase of Shares was duly signed by the related parties on 24 April 2009 and the announcements in respect of, among other things, the equity acquisition were released on 7 May 2009 and 8 May 2009 on the websites of Shanghai Stock Exchange and Hong Kong Exchanges, respectively.

Han Kun primarily assisted in the design of domestic regulatory procedures, participated in the early-stage negotiations and the preparation of transaction documents, provided support for filings with the competent government authorities and will issue the PRC legal opinion.
