Han Kun and KPMG successfully held a corporate restructuring and IPO seminar in Beijing

2014-01-16

On January 15, 2014, Han Kun Law Offices and KPMG successfully held a seminar on legal and tax planning for corporate restructuring and IPO in Beijing.

During the seminar, Han Kun Partners Huan Wang and Yang Chen addressed legal issues relating to corporate restructuring, and domestic and overseas listings.

The seminar attracted in-house legal and tax counsels from major state-owned companies, securities fund and private equity funds and fast-growing companies including AVIC International, CICC, CITIC Capital, and CCB International. The seminar was a great success.
