During the seminar, Han Kun Partners Joyce Li, Tracy Zhou, and Yinshi Cao addressed: i) anti-trust notification practice in China; ii) Frequently Asked Questions when deciding if a notification is triggered in a fund-invested transaction; iii) anti-trust notifications involving VIE Structures – a perspective from MOFCOM's Wal-Mart/Newheight Decision; and iv) the long-expected expedited anti-trust review procedures.
