On August 17, 2011, CE Legal: the VIE, SAFE Circular 75, and Related Tax Obstacles: A Seminar for Founders and CEOs (the "Seminar") was held at the Beijing American Club.

Han Kun, as a supporter of the Seminar, has been actively involved in the preparation of the Seminar. Han Kun partner Mr. Li Chaoying has been invited as a presentation speaker to speak on "SAFE Circular 75 and the Future of Offshore Equity Regulations in China".

Founded in February of 2003, China Entrepreneurs became the first entrepreneurship networking initiative to hit Beijing. China Entrepreneurs has now become a major networking initiative in China. Monthly events held in Beijing and Shanghai cover various key issues affecting today's entrepreneurs, as well as provides an effective networking opportunity for entrepreneurs in similar fields.
