Han Kun partner Wu Lili was ranked among ALB China Top 15 Female Lawyers 2020, published by Asian Law Business (ALB) on October 20, 2020. The list is intended to recognize the most client-favored female lawyers from diverse practice fields in Mainland China, 15 finalists were chosen for their outstanding performance and good reputation.
Ms. Wu focuses her practice on full-process patent portfolio management, patent rights acquisition and rights enforcement, and has tremendous experience whether on a global basis or in the context of PRC law in advising large and medium-sized multinational companies on their portfolio management, patent value enhancement, corporate intellectual property management and consulting, transactional due diligence, and trade secrets protection. Ms. Wu has represented patent grant confirmation cases and patent right exercise cases which have been selected on multiple occasions as typical cases and innovative cases respectively by the Supreme People's Court and by the Beijing Higher People's Court. Ms. Wu serves clients in diverse industries, including consumer electronics, artificial intelligence, audio and video processing, Internet, telecommunications, information technology, automobiles, medical equipment, machinery manufacturing, and new energy. Ms. Wu has also been active in international intellectual property organizations, where she leads and participates in research and drafting reports on professional issues and delivers speeches at international conferences.
