The world's leading legal ratings agency Chambers & Partners recently published its second edition of The Global Practice Guide on Litigation (2019) (the "Guide"). Han Kun partner Mr. Liyu (Denning) Jin was invited to author the China law and practice chapter. Han Kun is the only PRC-headquartered law firm contributor to the China litigation chapter of the Guide. Han Kun associates Mr. Yuxian Zhao and Mr. Yang Liu also contributed to the writing of this chapter.
The Guide provides a step-by-step overview of the litigation process, including topics on pre-action conduct, initiating lawsuits, trials, damages, appeals, costs, and ADR. The chapter was drafted on the basis of Mr. Jin's knowledge and experience in PRC litigation practice, and specially tailored to cater for the needs of an international audience.
