On May 6, 2026, the China Maritime Arbitration Commission (CMAC) announced its newly updated Panel of Arbitrators, effective from May 1, 2026. Three Han Kun partners, Mr. Xianglin Chen, Mr. David Gu, and Ms. Shu Wang (in alphabetical order by surname), were appointed as CMAC arbitrators for the new term.
Xianglin Chen
