Han Kun Law Offices LLP ("Han Kun Hong Kong"), acted as the Hong Kong legal advisors to the Company in connection with the initial public offering in Hong Kong and Regulation S offering of 10,112,280 H shares in aggregate, and the listing of H Shares of, Keytop Parking Inc. ("Keytop Parking", stock code: 02272.HK) on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited and CMBC International Capital Limited served as joint sponsors.

Keytop Parking is a smart parking space operator facilitating the transformation of urban parking. Since its inception in 2006, Keytop Parking has evolved into a parking industry group that integrates smart parking systems, smart parking management services and parking facility and platform operations. According to CIC, Keytop Parking ranks No. 2 in China's smart parking space operation industry in terms of relevant revenue in 2024.
