On December 19, 2024, Asian Legal Business ("ALB"), the world's leading source of intelligent information for business and legal professionals owned by Thomson Reuters, announced the ALB Dealmakers of Asia 2024. Han Kun partner Charles Li was named to the list for the fifth consecutive time since 2020.

The name-list spotlights the best deal makers in Asia who demonstrate outstanding legal expertise and an innovative mindset in advising on complex transactions.

Mr. Li has been working at Han Kun Law Offices since January 2005, where he specializes in public and private financings (equity and debt), mergers and acquisitions, incorporation and corporate restructuring, foreign direct investment, and intellectual property protection. He has represented many Chinese and international companies in a wide variety of cross-border transactions in different industries such as telecommunications, the Internet, information technology, energy, clean technology, consumer goods, healthcare, biotechnology, and pharmaceuticals.
