Ms. Shu Wang is a principal partner of Han Kun's banking and finance team. She provides full-scope legal services in various kinds of banking and finance deals including private and corporate banking business, commercial loans, syndicated loans, project financing, trade financing, export credit, debt restructuring, and other structured products. Known as an aviation finance expert, Ms. Wang has advised numerous domestic and foreign aircraft leasing companies, commercial banks, and domestic airlines in their leasing and financing of aircraft and aviation equipment. Ms. Fang is also an expert in the infrastructure and public-private partnership (PPP) industries such as power, water services, area development, rail transit, highways, IDC, warehouse logistics, and waste disposal with investment structure covering greenfield investment, M&A, and franchise. Ms. Fang has also provided legal services to debt restructuring in real estate and infrastructure in recent years.
