On February 18, 2023, the inaugural Legal Service Industry Brand Development Forum & Legal Vision Branding Gala 2022, themed "Promote Excellence, Build for Tomorrow", was held at the China Financial Information Center in Shanghai. The event was co-hosted by the Lawyer Legal Studies Center of China University of Political Science and Law and Legal Vision, under the guidance of Shanghai Lujiazui Financial City Development Bureau and Lawyer Legal Studies Academy of the Shanghai Law Society. Ms. Yin Ge, the leading partner of Han Kun's cross-border asset management practice, was present at the event and accepted honors and awards on behalf of the firm.
The honors and awards are a result of comprehensive evaluations of over 500 submissions of branding cases from more than 200 law firm candidates through four dimensions: brand awareness, brand ecology, brand vitality, and brand evaluation. The evaluations were conducted by Legal Vision and advised by specialists based on their profound insights of current law firm branding practices in China.
Han Kun's branding practices stood out among the submissions and were selected for the Law Firm Brand Influence Directory 2022, released at the gala, which is a recognition of the firm's productive branding capabilities and innovative brand operating model. Also, the firm's "Co-CEO" governance model and "Multi-channel network building" were respectively awarded the "Outstanding Brand Management Award" and "Brand Vitality Award"; and Han Kun partner Charles Li was honored as a "Leading Individual in Law Firm Management 2022".
Han Kun has adopted a series of internal rules and regulations which serve as the cornerstone of firm management, backing the firm's navigation through the ever-changing market to meet diversified client needs. The Co-CEO governance enables Han Kun to build an integrated platform that forges professionalism, coordination, efficiency, and sustainability needed for the firm to achieve its overarching vision and mission. Full-time CEOs serve as stewards of the firm while other members of the Executive Committee concentrate on legal practice at the frontlines and stay agile to issues such as market trends, business development, and client relationships.
In the future, Han Kun will continue to operate as a centrally managed and integrated law firm, further enhancing culture and brand building across the firm to serve its ultimate goal of delivering stable, sustainable, quality, and trusted services to clients.
