Work experience

Mr. Junyu Chen's principal areas of practice encompass debt restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial dispute resolution.  
Mr. Chen has participated, as a member of insolvency administrators' teams or as a governmental legal adviser in the liquidation and restructuring of numerous large enterprises and publicly listed companies.  His matters have spanned a diverse array of industries, including real estate, chemicals, and architectural decoration and fit-out.  His principal responsibilities include the drafting and refinement of legal instruments, legal due diligence, and the undertaking of policy research and regulatory analysis.

Educational background

Mr. Chen Junyu holds an LL.B. from China University of Political Science and Law and an LL.M. from East China University of Political Science and Law.
