Work experience

Mr. Yuan focuses his practice on the formation and operation of domestic and foreign investment funds and general corporate matters.  His legal services primarily include drafting and reviewing fund transaction documents, as well as advising on AMAC filings relating to private fund manager registration, material change applications, and private investment fund filings.

Educational background

Mr. Yuan received an LL.B. degree from Ningbo University in 2023 and an LL.M. degree in Economic Law from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2026.
