Work experience

Ms. Wang specializes in domestic and international capital markets as well as mergers and acquisitions.  Her primary responsibilities include conducting due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and performing legal and policy research.

Educational background

Ms. Wang graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2025 with a Bachelor of Laws degree.  She later received a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
