He has particular experience advising on data compliance matters in the internet, cloud services, e-commerce, artificial intelligence and fintech sectors. His work primarily includes conducting due diligence, researching legal and regulatory developments, drafting and reviewing data-related agreements and other legal documents, advising companies on the establishment and enhancement of their data compliance frameworks, and handling telecommunications market entry and regulatory compliance matters.
