Work experience

Ms. Hu specializes in private equity financing, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, Chinese outbound investment, foreign direct investment, domestic and overseas listing restructurings, and general corporate legal matters.  Her responsibilities include conducting legal due diligence, drafting, translating, and reviewing legal documents, as well as conducting legal research.

Educational background

Ms. Hu graduated from the Law School of Sun Yat-sen University, holding a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Civil and Commercial Law.
