Work experience

Mr. Li's practice focuses on litigation in the areas of intellectual property, antitrust, and anti-unfair competition.  He has assisted in handling matters involving patent ownership and infringement disputes, patent invalidation proceedings, standard-essential patent (SEP) disputes, and abuse of market dominance disputes, among others.  In addition, Mr. Li has also assisted in advising corporate clients on patent licensing negotiations and patent infringement analysis.

Educational background

Mr. Li received a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2023 from Wuhan University.  In 2026, he obtained a Juris Master degree from Fudan University.
