Work experience

Ms. Zong focuses her practice on labor and employment, corporate compliance, general corporate matters, and mergers and acquisitions.  She has participated in employee transition and corporate restructuring projects for foreign-invested enterprises, advising on employment relationship management, employee transition arrangements, and labor compliance issues.  She also assists in drafting and reviewing legal documents and provides legal support for clients' operations and general corporate matters.

Educational background

Ms. Zong received her Bachelor of Laws degree in 2023 from East China University of Political Science and Law, where she later earned her LL.M. degree in 2026.
