Work experience

Ms. Cheng specializes in real estate and infrastructure, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate financing matters.  Ms. Cheng is responsible for legal research, conducting due diligence, leasing operations, and drafting and reviewing transaction documents in China.

Educational background

Ms. Cheng graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree from Zhejiang University.  She later received her Master of Laws degree from Fudan University.
