Work experience

Ms. Sun's practice focuses on private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and the formation and operation of investment funds.  Her experience includes conducting legal due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and advising on legal and regulatory matters.  Ms. Sun has represented clients across a broad range of industries, including TMT, consumer products and retail, healthcare, and industrial manufacturing.

Educational background

Ms. Sun received an LL.B. degree from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law in 2023.  In 2026, she obtained an LL.M. degree in Economic Law from China University of Political Science and Law.  She also received an LL.M. degree in European and International Law from the University of Hamburg in 2026.
