Work experience

Ms. Qiting Huang joined Han Kun Law Offices in June 2025.  Ms. Huang focuses her practice on private equity and venture capital, foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  She has advised clients across a range of industries, including biopharmaceuticals, consumer goods, and real estate.  Her experience spans legal due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, corporate compliance matters, and legal and regulatory research.

Educational background

Ms. Huang received an LL.B. degree from Sun Yat-sen University in 2023 and obtained an LL.M. degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2026.
