Work experience

Ms. Wang joined Han Kun Law Offices in June 2026, specializing in capital markets, private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law matters.  Ms. Wang has provided legal services for several artificial intelligence and robotics enterprises regarding their Hong Kong IPOs, financing transactions, and ongoing legal advisory projects.

Educational background

Ms. Wang earned a Bachelor of Laws degree from Nankai University in 2023 and subsequently obtained a Master of Laws degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2026.
