Ms. Han specializes in private equity fund and investment law. She advises private fund managers, government guidance funds, and industrial investment institutions on all aspects of fund formation, fundraising, manager registration and regulatory filings, legal due diligence, investment transactions, post-investment management, and ongoing compliance. Her practice also encompasses regulatory compliance for private investment funds, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and legal risk management, with substantial experience across a broad range of investment projects.
