Work experience

Mr. Zhang began his legal career in 2021 and specializes in private equity and venture capital investment, capital markets transactions, foreign direct investments, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate affairs.  Before joining Han Kun, Mr. Zhang worked at Commerce & Finance Law Offices and PacGate Law Group, where he practiced in areas including overseas IPOs & follow-on offerings and venture capital & private equity investments.

Educational background

Mr. Zhang received a Bachelor of Law degree from Minzu University of China, majoring in Law (Law & English).
