Ms. Lei mainly engages in private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, outbound and inbound investment, domestic and overseas reorganizations and listings, and general corporate matters in fields such as the Internet, semiconductors, information technology, energy, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, etc.

Educational background

Ms. Lei graduated from Wuhan University with an LL.M. degree in 2026.  Prior to that, Ms. Lei obtained her LL.B. degree from Nankai University in 2024.
