In the area of antitrust, Ms. Zhang has handled merger control filings for a number of high-profile transactions involving, among others, Beijing Tong Ren Tang, a state-owned manufacturing group, a state-owned logistics company, and a Zhejiang-based state-owned pharmaceutical company. All of these transactions obtained clearance from the State Administration for Market Regulation in less than the average review period.
