Mr. Ye specializes in economic sanctions and export controls, supply chain compliance, corporate compliance, and U.S. outbound investment regulatory matters. In the field of export controls and sanctions, Mr. Ye has participated in the Hong Kong IPO projects of dozens of enterprises spanning sectors including semiconductors, artificial intelligence, communications technology, smart hardware and biomedicine, where he took charge of trade compliance due diligence, issuance of legal opinions and improvement of compliance frameworks. In addition, he has extensive experience in delivering comprehensive legal services to enterprises, such as building trade compliance management systems, conducting transaction compliance assessments, and classifying dual-use items.
Regarding U.S. outbound investment regulation, Mr. Ye has provided legal services for multiple enterprises covering the assessment of transaction control level, filing of investment notification with the U.S. Department of the Treasury, and designing transaction structures.
