Yitong Jiang interned at Han Kun Law Offices from March 2026 and formally joined the firm in July 2026. She primarily works on venture capital, cross-border investment and financing, and Hong Kong capital markets matters. Her experience includes conducting legal due diligence and legal research; assisting in drafting, reviewing, and revising transaction documents, legal opinions, due diligence reports, and other project documents; and supporting the execution and closing of transactions and the preparation and organization of project files.
Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Jiang interned at FenXun Partners in association with Baker McKenzie, King & Wood Mallesons, Shihui Partners, and Dentons' Qingdao office, where she worked on Hong Kong initial public offerings, domestic and overseas capital markets matters, employment law matters, and commercial dispute resolution.
