Work experience

Ms. Zhang has been working at Han Kun Law Offices since May 2026, where she specializes in private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and general corporate matters.  She mainly engages in performing due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, corporate compliance checks, and legal research.  Before joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Zhang worked in Zhong Lun Law Firm and Shihui Partners.

Educational background

LL.B. degree in 2021 and LL.M. degree in 2023, both from China University of Political Science and Law.
