Mr. Xu commenced his professional career in July 2016 at Galaxy Internet Group Co., Ltd. as an investment manager, where he was engaged in equity investment and focused on investment research and industry advisory in the TMT and real estate sectors, thereby building cross-sector investment logic and industry resources. In October 2018, he joined Zhonghong Shengtai Enterprise Restructuring Advisory (Beijing) Co., Ltd. as vice president, where he led the end-to-end management of complex bankruptcy reorganization and debt relief projects, coordinating creditors, debtors, judicial authorities and various intermediary parties and developed differentiated solutions that balanced the interests of all stakeholders. In May 2026, Mr. Xu joined Han Kun Law Offices, where he currently serves as counsel.
Mr. Xu specializes in bankruptcy reorganization and liquidation, debt relief and out-of-court restructuring, non-performing asset disposal, and real estate project revitalization. He has in-depth understanding and extensive practical experience in restructuring of distressed enterprises, multi-party interest coordination, introduction of strategic investors, and asset disposal and revitalization. His clients span trust companies, banks, asset management companies, and publicly listed companies, and his project experience covers manufacturing, energy, consumer goods, environmental protection, and other industries.
