Work experience

Ms. Yan specializes in domestic and cross-border capital markets, private equity and venture capital financing, and general corporate legal affairs.  Her practice covers new energy, artificial intelligence, high-tech industries, consumer goods, life sciences, healthcare and other sectors.  She is primarily responsible for legal due diligence, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and legal policy research.

Educational background

Ms. Yan holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Southwest University of Political Science and Law and a Juris Master degree from Central University of Finance and Economics.
