Professionals Qianjun Liu

Work experience

Mr. Liu has been practicing law since 2025.  Since July 2026, he has been working at Han Kun Law Offices.  Prior to joining Han Kun, Mr. Liu worked and interned at Commerce & Finance Law Offices and Zhong Lun Law Firm, where his practice focused on offshore capital markets and private equity and venture capital investments.  He has led and been deeply involved in multiple overseas listing and financing projects.  His current practice covers domestic and cross-border listing and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, and general corporate matters, spanning industries including new economy, internet, and biopharmaceuticals.

Educational background

Mr. Liu received an LL.B. degree in 2022 from East China University of Political Science and Law, and an LL.M. degree in 2025 from Tongji University.
