Professionals Luning Geng

Work experience

Ms. Luning Geng's main practice areas include private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and general corporate matters.  She has participated in cross-border M&A transactions, amendments to articles of association, and Hong Kong IPO projects, and is responsible for legal due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, legal research and analysis, and document translation and proofreading.

Educational background

Ms. Geng received her bachelor's degree in Biomedical English and her second bachelor's degree in Law from Peking University in 2023.  She later obtained her Juris Master degree in International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Resolution from Renmin University of China in 2026.
