Work experience

Ms. Liu specializes her legal practice on private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and general corporate affairs.  She is mainly responsible for due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, assisting in negotiations and closings, and corporate compliance.

Educational background

Ms. Liu received a Bachelor of Law degree from Sun Yat-Sen University and a Master of Law degree from Peking University.
