Work experience

Ms. Luo joined Han Kun in 2026, where she specializes in IP litigation, transactions, and compliance.  Her practice encompasses trademark litigation, unfair competition litigation, copyright litigation, domain name disputes and game litigation.  She also advises clients on non-contentious matters including general IP compliance, IP licensing and transfers, IP due diligence and productions in the film and television industry.

Educational background

Ms. Luo received both a Juris Master degree in Chinese law and a Juris Doctor degree in U.S. law from Peking University in 2026.  Prior to that, she received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Xiamen University in 2022.
