Work experience

Mr. Zhang has been admitted to practice law in Mainland China since March 2023.  He previously worked at Beijing Yingke (Shanghai) Law Firm, was admitted to practice law in California, U.S. in January 2026, and joined Han Kun Law Offices Shanghai Office in June 2026.

Educational background

Mr. Zhang received his LL.B. from Harbin Engineering University in 2020 and his LL.M. in International Business Law from the National University of Singapore in 2022.
