Work experience

Since the start of her career, Ms. Huang has been actively involved in area of PE/VC investments.  She has successfully assisted clients in nearly a hundred PE/VC investment deals and has extensive experience advising clients on different business sectors, covering biotechnology, integrated circuits, artificial intelligence, and consumer goods.  Ms. Huang specializes in design of complicated transaction arrangement, providing clients with solutions that are both creative and lawful.
