Ms. Yang's practice focuses on both contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters. She has experience in serving domestic and international clients across sectors such as TMT, entertainment, and new consumer brands, providing legal support for commercial contracts, negotiations, brand protection, and general corporate compliance. Ms. Yang provides routine legal services for talents and influencers, and participates throughout all stages of film, TV, and variety show projects, including investment, production, distribution and derivatives development. She also assists in the development, licensing, and protection of projects in music, gaming, AI, and other IP-related fields.
Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Yang served as an in-house counsel at a Fortune Global 500 company and subsequently practiced as an attorney at Beijing Taoan Law Office.
