Kerong Wang focuses her practice on corporate matters, intellectual property, and life sciences and healthcare. Her experience includes intellectual property transactions, technology-related legal issues, and cross-border investments.
Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Wang worked with GMG Fund, where she was involved in a number of cross-border music copyright and content asset acquisition projects. Her work included intellectual property due diligence, ownership-chain verification, copyright compliance review, and the preparation of transaction documents. She also assisted with copyright enforcement matters and evidence preservation procedures.
Ms. Wang previously worked with Zhong Lun Law Firm, where she participated in infrastructure investment, construction, and concession projects, providing legal research and risk analysis support and assisting with dispute resolution matters.
Ms. Wang also worked with AllBright Law Offices, where she was involved in banking, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border investment matters. Her experience included contract review, legal research, compliance analysis, and the preparation and translation of transaction documents.
In addition, Ms. Wang gained judicial experience at the Minhang District People's Court in Shanghai, where she assisted in civil proceedings and the preparation of legal documents.
