Professionals Wenjun (Waynee) Wang

Work experience

Mr. Wang has been practicing law since 2024.  Since June 2026, he has been working at Han Kun Law Offices, where his practice covers domestic and cross-border listing and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, foreign direct investment, banking and finance, and general corporate matters, spanning industries including high-end equipment manufacturing, internet, high-tech, biopharmaceuticals, and new energy.
Prior to joining Han Kun, Mr. Wang worked at Commerce & Finance Law Offices, where his practice focused on offshore capital markets and banking & finance.  He was deeply involved in the Hong Kong listing projects of Shenzhen Zhaowei and Creality 3D, and assisted prominent banking syndicates in advancing loan transactions aggregating several billion U.S. dollars.

Educational background

Mr. Wang received an LL.B. degree in 2024 from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
