Work experience

Ms. Zu specializes in investment fund formation and operation.  Her legal services include private fund manager registration, fund filing, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, legal due diligence, and legal research.
Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Zu gained experience in cross-border intellectual property litigation, providing intellectual property protection services for several prestigious international fashion brands.

Educational background

Ms. Zu obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B.) from Xiamen University in 2023; later, she received her Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) from National University of Singapore in 2025.
