Work experience

Mr. Li focuses on capital market transactions and other corporate matters, including initial public offerings in the United States and Hong Kong, international debt securities offerings, and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.  Prior to joining Han Kun, Mr. Li worked at Fangda Partners and at a member law firm of the Deloitte Legal global network.

Educational background

Mr. Li completed his undergraduate studies at Nankai University and received a Bachelor of History degree from Nankai University and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Tianjin University in 2015.  He obtained a Juris Master degree from Renmin University of China School of Law in 2018.  He also received an LL.M. degree from University of Virginia School of Law in 2020.
