Work experience

Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices LLP as an associate, Jessica worked in the compliance department of an international law firm and the commercial banking department of a multinational banking institution.  Jessica received training from a Hong Kong Office of a PRC based law firm.  Jessica’s key areas of practice include corporate finance, IPOs on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and general commercial and compliance matters.  Jessica is fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Educational background

Jessica obtained her Bachelor of Science degree (with honors) from the University of Toronto, Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Manchester Metropolitan University, and completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) at The University of Hong Kong.  Jessica was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong SAR in 2025.
