Work experience

Mr. Ma's legal services include legal due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and legal research.  Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mr. Ma practiced at Fangda Partners.

Mr. Ma received his bachelor’s degree from Tsinghua University in 2020 and his LL.M. degree from Peking University in 2023.
