Work experience

Ms. Chen primarily focuses on venture capital, private equity and general corporate matters.  She is responsible for due diligence, legal research, and legal document drafting, review and translation.  Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Chen interned at Fangda Partners (Shanghai) and Allen & Overy LLP, Shanghai office.

Educational background

Ms. Chen graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2024 with a Bachelor of Laws degree and from the University of Hong Kong in 2025 with a Master of Laws degree.
